This is a video I shot and edited (A real estate video I shoot and edit for you will closely resemble this:)

I want to make really affordable real estate videos ( and basic photography) for San Antonio real estate professionals.

I will not work for free but I am offering a 2 for 1 deal…. you hire me to shoot and edit a certain house/office/property and will make a video of a second location for FREE! Why??? I have been a TV commercial and wedding producer in Austin for 20 years. I am new to San Antonio and want to move away from just wedding videography and move IN to real estate videography.

I can’t quote you an exact price before talking to you, but it will probably cost you approximately between $200 and $300 for one (or maybe two) days of shooting and approximately a week of  video editing. Please stop and think about that… I am willing to give you a weeks work for around $300. I could make more than that working at McDonalds…… but I am hoping that working for such a low rate is an investment in the future.

Also, any San Antonio real estate pro that takes me up on this videography offer will not only get a Thousand Dollar video for less than $300, you will get a SECOND project for FREE!

Perhaps we can also come to terms with making a general “TV Commercial” ( promo video) for your company that we can put on YouTube and or Vimeo and also embed on your website.

My videos are shot with 4K camera(s), tripods, a slider, lights and a gimbal.

Editing is done with Adobe Premiere and some Adobe After Effects. Also, most of my projects have added animated graphics.

I will shoot all the major/best parts of the property you are trying to sell according to your directions. I will then edit the video and post it to YouTube and or Vimeo so you can embed it onto your website and let potential buyers see the place from their desktop. Your video will have music and even a voice over description if you prefer.

My background and qualifications? No, I do NOT own a drone, ( yet).  I am hoping that if I start getting more paid real estate gigs I can afford to buy a video drone.

HOWEVER, if you really want drone shots in your project I have worked with several professional drone pilots that will charge between $400 to $900 a day. This is an example of a video I produced with freelance drone footage:

Many real estate companies already own their own drones, or know someone with a drone. I will gladly incorporate such footage into our project(s).

As I am shooting video I can also take digital pictures you can use on your website/FaceBook page etc.   I would like to reserve the right to use any pictures and or video as a “demo” to market myself and get future work.

One of the main reasons I am making this unreasonably reasonably priced offer is because this Corona Virus quarantine has caused ALL of my commercial video and wedding video projects to be postponed/cancelled. I have nothing to do right now.
