I think this is referring to the varying qualities of animation amongst different shows / movies. Roger Rabbie, had the highest quality of animation, it had the most tweens, the most tweens ( in between drawings) thats why it flows so beautifully and gumball,,, I’ve never seen it , I bet its bad…
