I was hired to make this ad for a group of business owners hoping to prevent a zoning law change in their neighborhood. It is 7 and a half minute along. I am especially proud of the animated graphics at .54 seconds and 1 min 54 secs,

WHOAH!!! When did they make a video of “COME TOGETHER”?!?!?!? Its on an official Beatles youtube channel so I guess its “real” and not a fan made video.

The red and yellow colors remind me of the “1” album, so I am guessing it was made to promote “1”

The blockey style reminds me a little but of the animation in Dire Straits “Money for Nothing” video… I wonder if it was the same animators?

Which says it was made in FLASH by “Albino Blacksheep”…. How can you do 3D like that in FLASH?!?!?

Developed by an illustrator, Albino Blacksheep, for the band’s website back in 2001, the animations were made in Flash and released as a Blu-Ray “1+” four years later.

The animations take us on a psychedelic journey of members of the band dressed exactly like the classic album cover. Abbey Road is also the very last album recorded by the full band before dissolution in April 1970.

This also makes me wish they would make a YELLOW SUBMARINE sequel. a SEQUEL not a remake of the original ( with they tried to make but never finished) … have the 4 characters sail of in search of … who knows…. and they go to the Octopuses garden … meet rocky raccoon, etc….

Bikini Models needed

I have a client that may want female bikini models for his about to be opened “sugar scrub hair removal parlor” Its a little like waxing but instead of hot wax its some kind of sugar scrub.

He wants to pay the models in $500 of store credit. The models pose for pictures and get $500 in sugar scrub sessions. I told him he should also offer a certain amount of actual money…. gas money at least. He countered that if he’s going to pay money on top of store credits, the models should agree to post pictures on instagram/twitter/facebook etc…
I told him most models would agree to that. Am I right about that?

Models, if you did this.. what would most San Antonio models want to be paid for this?
You would do it for $500 in store credit and…. (how much?) in actual money to pose? And would you agree to share photos of social media?
