I shot some drone video and for some reason about 3 frames are blank. Is there and Adobe app that can ” fill in” the lost frames?

Secondly, at ,50 seconds in on this commercial, the Christmas tree in the drone shot has a “bald spot” the client wants it filled in. I tried to fill it in with After Effects “content aware” but the software said they couldn’t do it… any thoughts on how to fill that spot in?
