Today, ( June 18, 2021) I tried to use the (Render/ lighting effects) in Adobe Photoshop.
This feature was “greyed out” and un-usable. I googled for an answer.
I went back into Photoshop. I went to EDIT then PREFERENCES…. I set it to OPEN GL.
After that the Render Lighting Effects worked!
